Bio

Arnaud Billion holds a PhD in Information Technology Law. Prior to joining EDHEC, he was working as a research scientist at IBM and in several international research projects. He has also contributed in the IBM Academy of Technology and the Object Management Group. In parallel, he acted as a Senior Lecturer at EM Lyon Business School. His teaching and research interests encompass IP law, IT law and ethics, Legal Computing, Legal Philosophy and Epistemology. His research has been published in several Business, Legal and Technology journals and books. Is the co-founder of Technoréalisme.
